Quality Assurance Tester

Each sale lasts 36 hours and features hand selected styles from a single designer. The business model, based on urgency and scarcity, offers extraordinary goods at incredible prices, but only for a limited time. All of these sales occur daily at noon, driven by daily email reminders and alerts to a private membership. Most of the hot items are sold within the first 10 minutes, with the bulk of sales occurring within the first 90 minutes.
Job Description:
Our dynamic development team is constantly adding functionality to our rapidly growing website and its subsidiaries. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Tester who can ensure that all new features are functioning properly, providing our members with a first-rate shopping experience each time they visit our site.
As we launch new businesses and expand into new markets, we strive to maintain a commitment to excellence. We need someone to convert business requirements for these websites into readable, accurate test plans that are understood by an external team and will ensure a consistent experience with our customers.
Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
• Identify, analyze and document bug defects found on the website
• Write detailed, comprehensive bug reports found in our QA environment
• Interact with and assign test plans to external team of front-end QA testers
• Backfill existing test plans to increase overall coverage and quality of the build
• Digest product requirements from business teams to convert use cases into test plans.
Qualifications:
• Regression, functional, and integration testing experience
• Experience with cross-browser testing across major web browsers
• Team player and multi-tasking ability a must
• Experience in a deadline-driven organization
• Experience with bug/issue trackers a plus
• BA/BS
